- Your items will be available for collection on the same day as your order date, and in most cases, one hour after the purchase during our standard opening hours.
- We will hold your items for 4 days after the order is confirmed.
- You will receive a confirmation email listing the items you’ve purchased, your order confirmation number, the collection address and the store opening hours.
- If there is any issue with stock levels or you require a large quantity of one particular product, the store may call you to discuss options, as it may take longer to get the stock to the store.
- If we do not hear from you by the end of the 4th working day, your items will no longer be guaranteed, however providing we have sufficient stock, you may still collect them if you arrive at the store after this period.
- If the items have not been collected within 7 days from the order date, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued to your payment method.
RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to exchange or refund items purchased from our store which are returned within 28 days. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sold, and in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and refunds will be made by the same method of payment as the sale.
Please note that we are not able to exchange or refund without the original receipt.
